Are you looking to try your hand at artisan breads for the first time and are not sure where to start?  Are you already a bread baker but would like to bring your breads the the next level? I’m offering an all day workshop on artisan breads with the focus on professional results in the home kitchen. We will make two different breads and practice some of the classic shapes; a round boule and the french baguette. We cover the equipment needed (most of which you may already have) that will make your home oven produce professional results. More importantly, we will spend the day eating, laughing, and geeking out about bread! As a bonus we’ll make pizza around lunch time and everyone will go home with some bread you had a hand in creating.
